General Terms, Conditions & Policies of Use
Check in is at 16:00.
We make every effort whenever possible to have your room ready for you upon your arrival, so don't forget to let us know your arrival time. If your room is not ready on your arrival, you can store your luggage with us, free of charge.
Departure time is before 10:30 am. Similar to the check-in process, you can store your luggage free of charge.
In order to complete a reservation, an advance payment of at least 30% of the total amount must be made. The exact amount and full instructions on how to complete payment are given after booking.
Payments can be made by bank transfer. All taxes are included in the price.
We reserve the right to request payment of 100% of the total before or upon arrival.
House cleaning. The house is cleaned and sterilized before your arrival and after your departure.
We do not have daily cleaning. The cleaning of the house and the change of sheets, towels during your stay is done every 3 days.
Smoking is not allowed in all rooms and indoor facilities.
Linen and towel policy.
On arrival there are clean and sterile sheets, pillowcases and towels.
Personal Customer Data. The customer is responsible for providing their personal data, as requested during the booking process, which will be true and accurate and as shown on the customer's ID or passport.
In addition, the customer is required to keep their contact information up to date as required to be able to provide our services and perform this contract.
We will have no responsibility to give notices to the customer under this agreement if the customer's contact information is false, misleading or out of date and the customer cannot be contacted, in which case the customer agrees to waive its right to notifications.
Lost items, valuables. In the event that you lose items, valuables or property during your stay, you must notify us immediately.
For the convenience of our guests, we hold all lost items, valuables or found property for a period after the date they were found by our staff.
In the event of any return of lost items, valuables and property to you, shipping or courier costs shall be borne by you.
Property damage.
Our guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or any furniture and equipment in it as well as our premises due to any act or omission attributable to them or their guests.
In this case, the customer is jointly liable with his/her guests and invitees. If such damage is found after guests have checked out, we reserve the right to charge the customer the cost of replacing any items that have been damaged or removed without our consent.
The charge will be the full replacement cost of the missing or damaged item, furniture or equipment.

The health and well-being of our team and guests is always our number one priority! Therefore, we have implemented additional measures that meet HEALTH FIRST protocols to ensure everyone's safety on a daily basis.
Our cleaning protocol is very rigorous and you should feel more than safe in our villa.
