Payment Policy

• Flexible prices (depending on the dates): 30% advance with the reservation

and 70% the remaining amount you pay at our villa upon your arrival.

• Non-Refundable Rates applied when paying the full amount in advance with a 10% discount.

You can pay for your stay on arrival by all available methods such as cash, credit card, e-banking,

money transfer or any other method we will accept in the future.

We reserve the right not to allow you to enter the villa if you have not paid in full before or on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• For flexible rates, cancellation policies may vary, depending on our policy and your booking dates.

(usually for cancellations 20 or more days prior to arrival date, 100% of deposits are refunded.

For cancellations 20 or less days prior to arrival date, deposits are non-refundable.)

• For non-refundable rates, free cancellation is not allowed for these rates.

If the reservation is canceled or modified or in case of no-show of the customer and his guests, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reservation prices will be charged.

 In case you want to change your reservation or your arrival and departure dates (check in & check out), you should send your request to us. We are under no obligation to accept such a request and this will depend on our availability, the dates you originally booked and other factors.

In addition, this may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you.

In the event that we accept your request and you approve any additional charges that may apply, you will receive an updated booking confirmation.

Only an updated booking confirmation will be considered as valid approval to change a booking or change the arrival and departure dates on behalf of an account.

For cancellations 20 or more days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations 20 days or less before the arrival date, deposits are non-refundable.

After the reserved arrival date, all days reserved by the guest will be charged, regardless of late arrival or earlier departure dates than those booked.

In the event that the guest does not arrive on the reserved arrival date and has not updated or changed their reservation, the reserved room will be released to the other customer on the date the agreed rent for the room is not paid.
